    The clock was smaller than expected and made from cheap plastic. The clock face is made from a print on thin paper. Especially disappointed because it arrived broken

    *UPDATE: Thank you soooo much for the speedy replacement! The new clock arrived yesterday in PERFECT condition and working order. It's such a lovely addition to our studio... and already a conversation piece! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Welp. This is disappointing. The clock design is beautiful; however, 1. it functions inconsistently (I’m constantly having to reset it); 2. upon arrival, I had to remove the back to clear small styrofoam(?) balls from the clock face; 3. the glass—it’s actually a hard plastic material—is scratched; and 4. the wooden border contains a noticeable nick.
